4. Orders and Fulfillment

A confirmation email is generally issued within 1–2 business days. Processing begins 1–2 business days after confirmation. Production plus shipping transit generally requires 3–5 business days, resulting in a total standard delivery timeframe of 4–7 business days.
We may reject, cancel, or partially fulfill an order, including by shipping products separately, when concerns arise such as low inventory, an invalid delivery address, suspected fraud, or another order-related issue.
When this occurs, we will promptly notify you using the email address or phone number you provided. Refunds will be issued where applicable.
By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount, any failed payment retry, any applicable subscription charge, and any incidental fees that may apply.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, including free standard shipping within the United States. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related charges. Tracking details will be provided where available.
Personalized or custom prints may not be canceled once production has started. Taxes are calculated automatically according to the shipping destination.
5. Pricing and Promotions
Prices for wall art prints may change at any time because of supplier costs, market conditions, seasonal demand, material expenses, or promotional activity.
Limited-time offers, coupons, bundles, and other promotions are subject to the particular terms supplied with each offer. Promotions have no separate cash value and may not be combined, stacked, or applied together unless the applicable offer expressly permits it.
We may alter, cancel, or end a promotion if we discover misuse, abuse, excessive coupon activity, or automated exploitation.
Free-shipping terms, product assortments, and service features may also be changed at any time without notice and without liability to customers or third parties.
